Dr. Davis is a Behavioral Economist, Defense Innovation & Technology professional, International Affairs Professor, former U.S. Economic Growth Foreign Service Officer, U.S. Marine Corps Officer, and Congressional Affairs advocate for Veteran & Active Military Health. He runs two International Affairs Think Tanks, one in Europe and one in Washington D.C. He has an Intelligence, Space, and Drone Policy background and has sat on two DARPA AI Ethics Committees. He is honored to be part of the 22ZERO Team and help Veteran Suicide Prevention awareness.
