Welcome to 22ZERO. By accessing or using our website, programs, services, training, educational materials, peer support initiatives, and resources ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Mission and Purpose

22ZERO is dedicated to healing trauma, reducing suicide, and improving the well-being of veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders, their families, and other individuals seeking support through trauma-informed programs, education, training, and peer support services.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when participating in any program, training, assessment, or service offered by 22ZERO.

Educational and Peer Support Services

The services provided by 22ZERO are intended for educational, peer support, and wellness purposes. Participation in any program does not establish a medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or counseling relationship. Our services are not intended to replace professional medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

Crisis and Emergency Situations

22ZERO is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of participants. However, if a participant expresses suicidal intent, poses an immediate risk of harm to themselves or others, or is experiencing a mental health emergency, 22ZERO reserves the right to take reasonable actions necessary to protect life and safety. This may include contacting emergency services, crisis intervention resources, family members, designated emergency contacts, or local support agencies in the participant's area.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with staff, volunteers, facilitators, and fellow participants.
  • Provide honest responses during assessments and program evaluations.
  • Complete requested pre-program and post-program assessments to assist in program improvement and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Use materials provided by 22ZERO only for personal educational purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, training resources, videos, graphics, logos, written content, and program methodologies provided through 22ZERO are the property of 22ZERO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22ZERO, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its website, programs, or services.

Modification of Services

22ZERO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its website, programs, or services at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which 22ZERO is incorporated and operates.
