Services provided by 22ZERO are confidential. Information shared during participation in programs, peer support sessions, workshops, coaching, training, or trauma-healing services will not be disclosed except under the following circumstances:

  2. When there is a credible threat of harm to self or others.
  3. When a participant expresses suicidal intent or is determined to be at significant risk of self-harm.
  4. When disclosure is necessary to obtain emergency assistance or protective intervention.

In such cases, 22ZERO may contact emergency services, crisis intervention resources, healthcare providers, emergency contacts, or local support agencies as necessary to protect the participant's safety.

Assessment Participation

To support ongoing improvement of services and measure program effectiveness, participants agree to complete reasonable pre-program and post-program assessments when participating in 22ZERO programs.

Assessment information is used to:

  • Evaluate participant outcomes.
  • Improve trauma-healing methodologies.
  • Measure program effectiveness.
  • Support grant and funding requirements.
  • Advance research regarding trauma recovery and suicide prevention.

22ZERO maintains its website on a secure platform utilizing commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
