Bill McAuliffe is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and retired law enforcement lieutenant with 22 years of experience. Bill is a former SWAT operator, K9 handler, and fixed-wing pilot. Following his law enforcement career he served as the Senior Director of Professional Services at Lexipol LLC. His vast experience in operations, corrections, and administration brings a deep understanding of the operational, emotional, and leadership challenges first responders face.
For the past two years, Bill has been a leadership intelligence coach and advocate for emotional wellness in public safety. With 10 years of experience in men’s wellness work, overcoming post traumatic stress and burnout, his work as a trauma-informed leadership coach helps people and organizations build resilience and strengthen leadership.
