Jeff Goldsmith

Jeff Goldsmith is a seasoned professional with a distinguished background in law enforcement and executive management. Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service, particularly in the areas of domestic violence intervention, where he worked diligently to support victims and implement strategies to reduce violence in the community. His extensive experience in law enforcement has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both the public and those in service roles.

In addition to his work in law enforcement, Jeff is passionate about giving back to veterans and first responders. He is the driving force behind On Mission Motorsports, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting these heroes through therapeutic motorsport activities. Through On Mission Motorsports, Jeff helps veterans and first responders rediscover camaraderie, purpose, and healing, using the unique platform of motorsports to foster mental and emotional resilience. His commitment to service and helping others continues to shape his life’s mission.

In my early career as a police officer, PTSD was never talked about nor tolerated. We went about our days shoving all the bad things deep down into the black box in our soles. A few years ago, my black box opened up and my life became a nightmare. All the bad things that I had seen in my career came back to haunt me. After trying multiple therapies I was introduced to 22 Zero and their program and it was a breath of fresh air and I could finally go through a day without anxiety. I promote the 22 Zero program at every event we attend.
