In my early career as a police officer, PTSD was never talked about nor tolerated. We went about our days shoving all the bad things deep down into the black box in our soles. A few years ago, my black box opened up and my life became a nightmare. All the bad things that I had seen in my career came back to haunt me. After trying multiple therapies I was introduced to 22 Zero and their program and it was a breath of fresh air and I could finally go through a day without anxiety. I promote the 22 Zero program at every event we attend.
