Nick Davis

President

Nick started his career in the USAF as an F-16 crew chief and was stationed at Shaw AFB, SC. During his enlistment Nick was deployed multiple times to the Middle East in support of Operation Southern Watch. During Nick’s enlistment he also was selected to the 9th Air Force Demonstration Team. After being honorably discharged in July 2001, Nick started his career in aviation working as an A&P mechanic and worked as a flight technician with General Electric Co, traveling the world on the company’s corporate aircraft. After a decade in corporate aviation, he was looking for a career change where he could contribute more to his community and help others. Nick started his financial planning practice in 2013 as he continued to pursue involvement in the Veteran community.

In 2018, Nick met Dan Jarvis. Their goal was to stand in the gap that often consumes Veterans and First Responders when in need of support with PTSD and other emotional struggles. Their journey ultimately led them to developing the Trauma Resiliency Protocol (TRP) which disconnects PTSD. It was important to find a better way than current methods which require the Veteran or First Responder to talk about or re-live the traumatic experiences. Dan and Nick also found that even when the trauma was disconnected many of the individuals they were working with still struggled with rooted negative emotions such as anger, guilt, sadness, shame, anxiety, depression and that led them to develop the Emotions Management Process (EMP).

Nick and his wife Sarah are both financial advisors and own their financial planning practice, Hemlock Creek Wealth Management, where they serve clients around the country. Along with his position as President of the Board with 22Zero, Nick also is the owner of AnxietyGuys.com with where they are serving the civilian communities with the very same processes that are setting thousands of our veterans, first responders, and their families free of the shackles of trauma and rooted negative emotions.

Nick has 5 amazing kids (2 boys, 3 girls). Nick and Sarah have a deep faith in God and are deeply passionate about sharing that with not just their children but also others they connect with. Rally Point Ranch is where Nick and Sarah call home along with their 6 dogs, 3 mini cows and 25 chickens! The Davis family loves to hunt, fish and snowboard when time permits!
