“I am a 30 year law enforcement veteran now retired. I went through a lot of traumatic events in my career and I thought I was fine. I felt like I had weathered the storm and dealt with everything. I think most people would tell you I am pretty normal, other than cop humor.

On certain anniversary dates I would have some issues, but isn’t that expected? I wasn’t suicidal, maybe some anger issues once in awhile, a little guilt, but isn’t that expected?

I was tired all the time. I would get between 4-6 hours of sleep a night. I don’t care who you are, that is not normal and it is definitely not healthy.

I read a post on my LinkedIn account from a guy that went through the 22ZERO protocol. He said, “I’m definitely not like normal people, but I am fine”. That statement resonated so much with me that I contacted 22ZERO and within 2 days I was taken trough the protocol. That night, for the first time in I have no idea how long, I slept 8 hours and woke up rested! Since then 7-8 hours every night, mostly 8!

I am feeling better than I have for years, and it isn’t just sleep. Please don’t hesitate to contact 22Zero. They can help you. Veterans, First Responders, let’s admit it. We are all broken in one way or another. Please consider reaching out now, it is easy and fast. Please take care of yourself.”
